Lice lifters is THE BEST place! I have tried 2 kinds of otc treatments for my daughters hair, non of which worked. We came into lice lifters today on very short notice ( and it was Saturday) and they got her hair taken care of VERY thoroughly, a calendar with a treatment plan and preventative care. My mind is now at ease knowing that this company and the technician actually really do care about their clients! I felt comfortable while there, and left confident that my daughters lice problem is under control. Thank you so, so much! I will recommend to anyone who ever needs lice treatment! 10/10!

I called Lice Lifters in full panic mode on a Saturday morning and in less than an hour Michelle called me back, got my two daughters and I scheduled to come in an hour later, and by the end of the afternoon Cheyra had us all lice and nit free. 10/10 wonderful experience from start to finish. Cheyra was so kind and knowledgeable and made my girls and I so comfortable the whole time. I let her know it was a pleasure – but also I hope to never see her again! If I do come across lice again…this is exactly where I will be going.

I came into the clinic yesterday due to frustration of not being able to completely get rid of the lice in my daughters hair. BOTH employees were extremely helpful and well educated on lice. Estelle worked strategically on both my hair, and my daughters hair and was extremely patient with my daughter. She also educated me the entire time of the ins and outs of lice and how to keep them away! I am beyond thankful for this place and the services that they offer! Did I mention how spotless this clinic was!?

Don’t waste your money doing over the counter products or even home remedies. Spend the money and go to Lice Lifters! Yes, it seems costly, but being able to walk out of there knowing your BUG FREE ( as my daughter says) is soo worth it!! The ladies that helped me and my daughter that day couldn’t have been anymore helpful and nicer to us. When I discovered that my daughter had lice, I was devastated and beside myself! It was just so overwhelming and I had so many other things happening that I just didn’t know what to do. I learned of Lice Lifters from a friend who had an excellent experience. I called that night, after 8:30 p.m., thinking I would at least leave a message so that maybe, fingers crossed, I would get a call the next day and possibly get an appointment in the next couple of days. Well, that’s where my phenomenal experience begins: I received a phone call back within minutes, extremely nice woman, and got an appointment for the NEXT day! When we arrived the next day, the place was immaculate and we were greeted immediately with warm smiles. They took care of us right away, accommodated an extra head check that I had not made an appointment for and all with just amazing attitudes! The kids were able to pick whatever they wanted to watch on Netflix while receiving treatment and eating snacks. The thoroughness of both technicians, Susan and Melanie was beyond GREAT! Nancy was just as wonderful, accommodating and professional!!!! I literally can not say enough good things about this place, I wish they offered more services! The treatment worked wonderfully, as advertised, and the peace of mind you have when leaving there is priceless!

My experience at Lice lifters was surprisingly pleasant considering the unfortunate reasoning for being there. In fact, my experience couldn’t have been better. The woman helping me, Nancy, was beyond helpful and enjoyable.

I went in tonight for treatment, and let me just say, these woman are AMAZING! Susan, Melanie, and Nancy all took turns and worked on me and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time, checking to make sure they weren’t hurting me, even offering me a snack and water. they were so gentle and kind throughout the experience. They answered any and all questions I had during my time there, and made sure I felt completely comfortable there the entire time. These 3 women made this a positive experience despite my reason for needing to go there. All 3 of them exceeded every expectation I had, they were so nice and understanding and accommodating. Anybody that needs to get lice removed, this is the place to go!

This place is wonderful! Manager Nancy has an absolutely amazing attitude. She’s great with kids and so patient. She answered all of our questions and made us feel completely welcome at Lice Lifters. Nancy was friendly from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. She is welcoming and well educated in her field of work. I 100% recommend Lice Lifters if you ever need a place to treat lice!

As an elementary teacher who has heard of plenty of cases of head lice among our students, I was embarrassed and horrified when my own daughter contracted them from a classmate. I immediately bought an over the counter solution to apply and spent 1.5 hours looking through her hair and removing what I thought was everything. However at school the next day, more live lice were found in her hair and the nurse mentioned Lice Lifters. I called and was able to get a next-day appointment which quickly turned into a same-day appointment due to a cancellation. The staff called me right away to offer up the open spot, which I appreciated. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the staff member, Nancy, who was so friendly, easy to talk to, and fun all while educating us about lice and thoroughly removing them from my daughter’s hair. She also checked my other daughter and me and gave us preventative guidance. While I hope we never have to use the service again, I would recommend it to others for a professional job that I would have never known how to do on my own.
